1. General Terms

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each person may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Allowing a third party to use your account, or placing bets on behalf of someone else, is prohibited.

Bk7 may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawal may be restricted until KYC is completed.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Bk7 supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum limits apply for each payment method.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 5–30 minutes (may vary by method).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
• If a bonus is active, rollover requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

Bk7 is committed to preventing money laundering. If a suspicious transaction is detected, bk7 reserves the right to place the payment on hold until the investigation is complete.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bk7 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant promotion's terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, one time. A 100% bonus applies on a minimum deposit of ৳500.
• Rollover: A specified multiplier of the bonus amount must be wagered (typically 8x–15x).
• Validity Period: The rollover must be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
• Maximum bet limit: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per wager is ৳2,000.
• Concurrent Bonuses: Only one bonus can be active at a time.

Bk7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

5. Betting Rules

When placing bets at bk7, please follow these rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a "Cash Out" option is available.
• If a match is postponed after a pre-match bet has been placed, bk7 reserves the right to cancel or suspend the bet at its discretion.
• All decisions regarding odds changes are at the sole discretion of bk7.
• Minimum single bet: ৳20; Maximum single bet: ৳50,000 per event.
• Attempting to gain an advantage by placing opposing bets on the same match across multiple accounts (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

In live betting, odds may change due to network delays or technical issues. In such cases, the most recently published odds will be considered valid.

6. Responsible Gaming

Bk7 believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a reliable source of income. We care about the mental and financial well-being of every player.

Our responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Limit: Set an automatic logout after a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Bk7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• If any fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed within the specified timeframe.
• As required by law or a regulatory authority.

Users may also request account closure at any time. However, any active bets or pending withdrawals must be resolved first.

10. Dispute Resolution
